Cailainn's Five-Month Photos

Here she is, a grand total of five-months old now, Cailainn!

Solids

This evening we decided to let Cailainn try out eating solids for the first time. We expected her to like it, but struggle a bit with the texture and ultimately spit a lot of it out - just like our other two did. But Cailainn surprised us by eating it all up quite readily. Looks like we'll be moving on to steak soon.

Carving Pumpkins

That's right - we didn't get around to carving any of our pumpkins until four days AFTER Halloween!



In a stunning twist of irony, the size of our pumpkins was inversely proportional to the size of our children. Thus Cailainn has a huge pumpkin, while David's is so tiny-looking.

Enjoying the Beautiful Weather

It was a lovely day out today. Considering how cold it will be soon, we thought the kids would enjoy some time outside. We were right - they did.
